Tech just dropped another single from his upcoming album, "Special Effects". This one seems like a new approach from Tech, to me at least. The beat's extremely heavy with a solid hook from Zuse to make it hit even harder. Both Tech and T.I. killed this shit. Check it.

Tech N9ne just dropped a video for his first single from "Special Effects". I fell in love with this track the day it was released. It's sick hearing Tech involve some political opinions in his lyrics. Sometimes Strange ruins their songs with their videos, but I think this one's pretty dope. Check it.

Another recent Strange Music release that I'm diggin. This one's gotta sick classic hip-hop vibe with some simple drums, keys and scratching that work to make this song as good as it is. Sometimes less really is more. Shit makes me feel good! Check it..

Tech took to social media a couple of days ago to gain confirmation from his fans as to whether or not he should leak a new song. The fans have spoken and Tech released Track 1 from his upcoming album, "Special Effects", which drops May 5th. This track's amazing in my opinion and provides some angst toward current situations in the world. Some different shit from Tech. Check it!

This song is beautiful. And the visuals are pretty dope too. I have yet to fully listen through Rittz' latest album, "Next to Nothing", but I've listened to this song at least 1000 times and I'm still not sick of it. No exaggeration. Check it!

White Jesus has been very generous as of lately. This is the 2nd set of visuals for his upcoming album, "Next To Nothing" which hits shelves September 9. This one's a bit deeper than "Profit" and "Turn Down", but it's still got that hype energy. Can't wait to hear the rest of this album. Check it.

Here's some Slumerican shit. Rittz is dropping "Next to Nothing" on September 9th, and as far as I can remember this is the first official release from it. Although I didn't really like the buzzing in the chorus, I thought the rest of it was pretty dope. Rittz kills it as usual but Yelawolf and Shawty Fatt both had pretty strong verses as well. Check it.

For how much I love this song, I feel guilty I haven't blogged this yet. But it's never too late to share  something dope. This is definitely my favourite cut from Tech's latest collabo album, "Strangeulation". This video's one of the better ones from Tech and may be more powerful for fans who know Tech's life through his music. Check it.

I can't wait for Strangeulation! We have had Tech on the blog many, many times so I'm not gonna yap on about him but keep an eye out for Strangeulation. I think this album is gonna be hot based off the little bit I've heard and I'm excited to see all the Strangeland features.

Just came back from visiting a bunch of Caribbean islands only to return to snow and wind in Canada. So this video is some bullshit. I hate having to see it right now, but it's a pretty dope song and I can't let the post-vacation blues get the best of me. Check it.

CES Cru has been a little late making their videos for Constant Energy Struggles, but better late than never. I'm a fan of this song from the album, and this video complimented it well. Glad the video didn't ruin the song lol. Check it.

Another release from Strange Music's upcoming project, Strangeulation. I feel like Tech switched his style up in this one, and sounds like he's tryna adapt more to the mainstream. I still think it sounds sick tho. I love how the chorus calms down too, Kali's a beast. Check it.

After just signing Murs to their already solid team, Strange Music dropped into the Shade45 studios, and Sway got them to drop a cypher. Tech does a verse from "See Me" unfortunately, but the video is still pretty entertaining. Check it.

I apologize for the absence of posts lately. Not much has been catching my attention in the hip-hop world for the past few weeks, not to mention the hustle involved with all of the holiday celebrations. But it's a new year so hopefully more releases hit the scene and I can share some shit with ya to make 2014 interesting! But for now I found this video of David Pastorius playing bass over the song "Questions" by Tech N9ne. As a fan of heavy metal/hard rock, and the instruments used to make it, I think this shit is fucking amazing. Check it!

Here's a new cut from Tech's upcoming Therapy EP. This one's gotta blend of heavy metal music, rap lyrics and Krizz Kaliko. This is way different from Tech's usual work, but the music still sounds good. I'm not sure if those lyrics are one hundred percent but I think I did a pretty good job. Check it.

This Tech project's probably gonna stand out, just for what it is. "Therapy" is a full rock/rap EP produced by Ross Robinson, who's worked with the likes of Korn, Slipknot and Limp Bizkit. It might be weird, but it'll be interesting to hear regardless. I don't have a way to stream this "Hiccup" track, but I have the link. It's the first song revealed from the upcoming EP, and is featured on Rolling Stone.
